PASADENA - Michael Aschbacher, the Shaler Arthur Hanisch Professor of Mathematics at Caltech, will share the 2012 Wolf Prize in mathematics, Caltech officials announced Wednesday.Melvin Henriksen, professor of mathematics emeritus at Harvey Mudd College, died on Oct. 14 at the age of 82.
